Returns & Exchanges:

You can easily return your items within 30 days. We offer free exchanges from most destinations within Europe. Are you in Amsterdam, Leidschendam or Copenhagen? Visit our flagship stores for easy returning or exchanging and a nice cup of coffee :)

To return online, head over HERE or scan the QR-code found on the packing list in your package. 

We aim to handle exchanges within 1-3 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 14 days to fully process.

NOTE: We always handle exchanges for free. Refunds, however, are costly for the planet and for us. Therefore we charge €5 shipping costs for refunds (only) - we hope this will reduce the negative impact of excessive return logistics.

Bundles & discounts:

Exchanging for another size, colour or fit is free for all orders, also for bundles.
If you decide to return one or more items from the bundle for a refund, we refund the discounted price you paid for said product(s).
