Yes! As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your Track & Trace link.
Got the link, but not seeing any info? Please be patient and give the carriers a chance to update the link. Updates happen when the carriers scan the package during it's travels. If no information is showing after 1 business day, please reach out to us and we'll have a closer look with you.
Note: Orders shipped with Deutsche Post requires you to use the given tracking ID and search on the local nation carrier of your country. Alterantives universal tracking sites may also help you.
