Where is my Order or Return?Updated 2 months ago

While we do what we can to ensure timely delivery and handling of our orders, we are sadly still at the mercy of our carriers timeliness. You should expect your order to arrive to your doorstep within 1-5 business days, depending on destination. For returns, we aim to handle these within max. 14 business days from arrival to our warehouse.

"It says delivered, but I haven't received anything?"

1) Check the neighbour!
Sometimes others help out with accepting deliveries, should the carrier not be able to reach you.

2) Check your mailbox / surroundings!
Our carriers will prioritise a mailbox delivery, if possible. This not only helps them on their routes, but also ensures a direct delivery to the name on the package, if hand-delivering the package didn't succeed.
